My Journey In Real Estate:

I joined the real estate industry in 1997 starting out in the HDB sector as I started to understand the housing needs of the majority of population. 10 years on the ground, I have come to understand the ways a home could become an asset you could rely on to retire comfortably. This was something that would be difficult when owning only a HDB.

The Life-Changing Shift:

So I decided to shift to the next level and moved my focus into the private sector of real estate. Till date I have grasped the consistent trends of private property that many are ignorant and not exposed to; Understanding the gap between the private sector and public housing which will get wider in the near future.

Thus I want to help my clients to move into the private sector while it is on the high. Over the years I have helped many families grow in their asset progression planning, through the help of real estate.

A few years back, I helped a lecturer get off her cold feet on the purchase of a landed property in Yishun. Having processed with her of her finances and risks, we came to a conclusion that having huge reserves of money sitting in her CPF would not be the best option for her.

Thus, with the final push, she acquired the property. Recently, she called me to express her thanks noting that her property has doubled in price with more than $1.6 million in profit! Citing, had she continued staying in a HDB, would not have been able to retire this easy even with the sales proceeds of the HDB.

My Belief And Style:

Helping my clients to build wealth and asset has long since become a part of me. Understanding your needs and analysing your financials is crucial to getting the best real estate investment choice.
